			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m a fan of the program.  I&#8217;m a 39-year old man and I&#8217;m in better shape than when I was 29.  If I would have treated myself like I do now, I would probably stay 29 for a very long time.  Tony Horton is in his 50s and he looks like he&#8217;s in his 30s.  Fitness is the only way that we can manage our health.  I&#8217;ve tried other programs , but nothing seems to hold my interest for much longer than a month.  With the P90X system I got a complete schedule from day one to day ninety.  Ninety days of diet, rest, and muscle building exercises that made a convert out of me!  I watch what I eat now, not because I&#8217;m trying to lose weight but because I am going to stay healthy.</p>
