P90X+ (P90X Plus)

Most P90Xers will tell you, the program changed their life or at the very least, made them way more fit than coming in. But after finishing the 90 days, what’s next? Most continue cycling the tapes (with increased intensity/reps) or eventually get less motivated with the repetition. Well, if you’ve ever wanted more or need a much tougher version of the program, you’re in luck — P90X+ (P90X Plus) is here! It’s made exclusively for graduates of the P90X program and takes the entire system to an entirely new level…

Interval X Plus

It’s a kicked-up way to get your cardio and really test your endurance limits. It included three different tempos to keep your cardiovascular system (and lungs) guessing every step of the way. Interval X sets the foundation for the rest of the program.

Kenpo Cardio Plus

Remember Kenpo from the original P90X? Well, consider this the black belt version! It’ll take you through new moves, techniques and high-level agility exercises. New to this version, there’s a self-defense workout that’ll give you real-world moves AND put your heart rate to the ultimate test. Combined with Interval X Plus, your overall endurance will never be better.

Upper Plus

This workout takes the upper-body exercises of the first program to a whole new level mountain top. It’ll shatter your current strength plateau (wherever it is) and shock your biceps, tris, pecs and shoulders into the ultimate condition. The coolest part is you’ll learn new and challenging ways to use your equipment (chin-up bar, push up handles, tension bands, etc.)

Total Body Plus

In carefully integrated stages, this part of the program attacks often-forgotten parts of your body and gets them into incredible shape. It’s a prelude to the next and final workout by bridging the gap between specific and broader muscle targeting… all while never allowing your muscles to rest or catch a break — the key to muscle confusion.

Abs/Core Plus

Even the strongest buildings weaken if the foundation isn’t there. In this final exercise video, Tony will challenge your core and abs like never before. It’ll synergistically strengthen all the other exercises and set you up for long-term success. You’ll hang, twist and more as your midsection takes an absolute beating (trust me!). This one will probably have you the most sore (it’ll take a few days for your body to catch up), but once you start to level up, you (and your results) will never look back.

In all, the P90X+ (P90X Plus), is a flat out beast. Soon after starting starting it, you’ll quickly realize just how and why you’ll body will dramatically improve. The original P90X packs an incredible punch but 2 rounds with the PLUS is like jumping in with Tyson. It’s sort of like being the best in your class, but realizing there’s an all-star team coming to town. If the original P90X keeps your fully motivated, stick with it. But if you’re looking for the ultimate challenge and want to FULLY test your limits, get on P90X Plus.
